Saturday, March 13, 2021 - I'm admittedly not the biggest fan of 2011 napa cabs as they seem to lack the depth that I typically look for, but this 2011 Cimarossa was excellent!  Deep fruit - dark plums, raspberry, cinnamon, and dusty/gritty tannins.  I've heard that mountain Vineyards did better than the valley floor in 2011 and this bottle definitley supports that notion. Will drink my last bottle over the next 3 to 5 years.
