Thursday, November 21, 2019 - This wine has evolved since I drank it last. Still dry, clean, and crisp but so much more complex. Aromas of apricot and peach have appeared and are followed by pear and apple and Reine Claude. Long fruity finish w/o any sweetness. Glad I can keep cellaring the last bottle.
