Sunday, September 7, 2014 - I concur with Richard Jennings note.. Gorgeous tart fruits.. but mixed with earthier notes which will emerge in a few years.. gorgeous and had with wild wood grilled salmon last night.. My suggestion.. wait 3 to 4 years or decant for 24 hours
