Monday, July 2, 2018 - Cherries, and maybe a hint of smoke on the nose. Big cherry flavor on the palate, with us medium mouthfeel anda medium finish. To eat with a modicum of fat in the meal really enhances the full flavor. Not quite worth the $30 price tag until eaten with fatty food - in our case, buttered bread to sop up the sauce on the plate!
