Thursday, December 23, 2021 - Very pretty Chianti Classico Riserva. Color starting to fade to a bit of an brick red-orange hue. Quite herbal and dry as you would expect with a medium length finish. Silky texture and supple mouthfeel that draws you back for another sip. Great with food. Drinking beautifully now, no need to wait
