Sunday, January 29, 2023 - Coravin fun - Vietti (My place, Kent Street): From Coravin. Medium minus intensity aromas show a touch of almost tomato leaf, slight savoury spice, a little meaty/savoury note, with time a smidge of sweet plum, dried orange peel and some blood notes. Medium plus intensity acidity is juicy, it's quite savoury, meaty in the mouth, tannins cling to the gums and palate, there is a little hardness here as well. Time for me.
