Saturday, March 12, 2022 - La Paulée de New York Gala Dinner (Pier Sixty, Chelsea Piers - New York NY): Small La Paulee pour from magnum. Great spice with rich apple throughout, the energy from the mineral textures really stand out for me. Good weight, great length. Enjoy through the next 5 years.
