Thursday, June 26, 2008 - Flock - Cuvee Cathleen Dinner (Magnolia Cafe - Chicago, IL): Full, explosive nose is rich and opulent with aromas of pineapple, coconut, butterscotch and toast. The palate is round and lush, with low acid and ripe fruit that slathers the palate. A rich and heady wine. Loads of fruit and toast --- needs time to integrate. But event today a wow effort.
