Sunday, December 8, 2013 - Very floral on the nose with some herb scents like thyme and lavender and dill. Fairly direct on the palate but deliciously so - very easy to drink with lots of acidity and some really nice liveliness in the mouth. Some nice cherries and minerals and meatiness present a very enjoyable flavor profile. Excellent lively, vibrant wine full of flavor without any unnecessary weight.
