Saturday, June 8, 2019 - Nose of violets, jambon cru, fragrant plums, leather, with a top note of ash. Gripping dry fruit on the palate with sweet clear underlayer and a broad acid frame, aromatic note of sweet spice at the back with a salty mineral finish. Ever shifting colors and flavors. Lovely with middle eastern meatballs.
