Saturday, December 2, 2017 - PHMG WAG: 2012 Oregon Pinot Noir Remix: Best Bergstrom I've had in a year or more, my opinion had really been sagging. Dense black cherry, black raspberry, and plum with hints of spice, smoke / oak that really held its own on day 2. Now-2022.

12/6/2017 7:48:00 PM - Grinner, you are reflecting my precise feelings.
At a recent tasting of different vintages of Bergstrom PN's (2012/13/14)
Bergstrom/Shea and Temperance Hill vineyards, only the 2012 stood out and of these the Shea vineyard came out first.
The result of the tasting, which overall, was disappointing considering the high prices Bergstrom is asking for his wines, have prompted me to question my subscription. I will taste some of the 2015's I have in my cellar, and then make up my mind on whether to continue the subscription.
    Cheers Bandreas
