Thursday, November 9, 2017 - Cannot really believe what I do taste from my Stölzle Q1 Champagne glass, (the flute is a real bargain, a handmade champagne flute for only 25€!) this bottle is a perfect Champagne for Riesling -aficionados, that mineralic, acid driven, that biting young, and on the other hand that filigree showing on the palate, very velvety ripe apples paired with some sweet bread crust, all packed in a stunning persistent mineralic mouthfeel on the midpalate, ending very long and electric, if you are used to very dry Riesling like from the Nahe zone this one is for you right now, the rest of the CT-crowd should wait at least some 2- 3 years+, extraordinary bottle, very highly recommended! ***(**), 96+ potential
