I decanted the wine, but utilized a normal Pinot Noir Riedel glass as opposed to the Les Impitouables #1 red glass from last time. The Les Impitouables #1 aerated the wine much better and brought fourth the aromas much quicker. But, when it finally opened I got much the same as my tasting of two months ago: "aromas of multiple pleasant herbs, earth, black cherry and cinnamon. Similar flavors, along with hints of pomegranate and raspberry. Rich, decent fruit and somewhat powerful. Viscous in the mouth. Good structure. A quite long and lingering finish."
