Friday, April 18, 2014 - Quite nice, but I truly think that this wine needs to sit in our cellar for a minimum of 6-12 months more. I'm gonna try to do that. It's enjoyable now, with its fruit forward nature and solid burgundian bouquet. There is a bit of a tannic edge to it, and the acid is a touch strong in comparison to the richer flavors. Still, again I say, quite nice. However, I am very confident that with just a little more time this wine will evolve to a richer place.
