Friday, August 3, 2018 - Overall very subtle, more elegant and fine than rich and in-your-face. Notes of browned apple, citrus, brioche, also some hazelnuts, there is also a slightly vegetal note, especially in the nose, also some chalky minerality. Fine bubbles, it‘s medium-bodied, more built on tension than body, has pretty high acidity providing very good freshness. Good length. An elegant, fresh and pretty complex Champagne at a realistic price.
