Sunday, December 17, 2017 - Very mature by now. Had it in my cellar for three years and a half. Dark amber colour, very little acidity, buttery texture.
Brought it for Goulash and Chateauneuf, for my friend, that night's birthday child, who's allergic to tannins and could still drink Chateauneuf this way. She loved it.
