Monday, June 10, 2013 - Spontaneous decision, so popped and poured. Violet-purple color. Nose of sweet plum, menthol, raspberry, heat. Deep plum flavor with soy and sweetness rounding out each sip. Alcohol noticeable but not too overt. Finish was only moderately long. Decant next time.
