Thursday, May 24, 2018 - 1977 and 1963 Vintage Ports... (Regional Wines and Spirits, Wellington, New Zealand): Tawny in colour, but with some ruby showing in the centre. Sweet and opulent, with plenty of caramel notes, extremely well-modulated. Soft and sew nose, with vanilla, balsam and spice. Tangy palatine refreshing finish, which veers towards drying. Yummy.
