Wednesday, January 22, 2020 - Interesting that I’m not having the same experience as other TNs here. Not a bad bottle but just much more muted than what others have mentioned. Nose of cranberry, pomegranate, many a hint of sulfur. Palate has a root beer back palate note, some black cherry toward the front. Moderate but drying tannins. Mouthfeel seems a little thin. Lacks depth and complexity. Hoping it’s just in a dumb phase. Have another bottle in the cellar so will wait awhile and try again. Not rating due to my divergent experience.
