Monday, January 24, 2022 - Popped and poured and enjoyed a few glasses with dinner. Soaring aromatics of road tar, earth, and herbs. Earthy on the palate as well but the palate is a bit shy on day one. Slightly evolved on day two giving slightly more on the palate but still leaning toward the earthy notes. I'm guessing this will be better with another 10 years in the cellar.
