Monday, July 27, 2020 - Initially a bit closed, and needed an hour or so of air to really flourish. Aromatics were beautiful. Expressive orchard fruit, lemon peel, hint of nuttiness, with a slight jura funk. Really complex flavors balanced with a nice acidity. Easy to sip but really something to drink and to think about.
