Tuesday, April 8, 2014 - Cherry lip balm, hint of spice, and watermelon on the nose. Full bodied on the palate with some green herbaceous notes to go with the red fruit and white pepper. Finishes fairly hot but the tannins and acidity smooth it out a bit.

Poured a glass from my coravin, but the cork didn't reseal properly. Looks like I'll have fun with this 15.5% over the next couple days.
