Friday, January 27, 2017 - Black cherry and black licorice on the nose. Lean compared to the Silex. Graphite. Pencil lead. White pepper. Fruit roll-up. Weirdly I picked up Michelob smell and taste. Tart. A cross between Wagner and French wines. Brown sugar lotion. Caramel. Vanilla. Herbs like rosemary and thyme. Dr. Brown's Black Cherry Soda. Blueberry, blackberry, and cranberry on the finish; lots of blueberry. Beautiful aroma. Excellent value.
