Wednesday, July 5, 2017 - Limited aromatics, fruit appears on the palate, primarily dark or dried cherry and blackberries; no notes of pepper or smoke or spiciness. Smooth, straight-forward wine. Opened on 7/2, consumed about 2/3 of the bottle, kept in fridge until finishing it on 7/5. No real differences in flavor profile or complexity on either tasting.
