Saturday, October 12, 2019 - Italian Dinner Chez David (David's Place, Mpls): Medium red, ultra murky with heavy sediment. PNP, drank a glass over an hour. Ooh yeah, these are delightfully complex, dank basement on the nose followed by blood meal, cherry, dried spice, and crushed flowers. The palate has a lot of tart cherry and red currant, iron and forest floor. Medium bodied with round pretty tannins, long and beguiling. This is one to seek out.
