Saturday, June 13, 2020 - A touch of rust color on the rim of this 10 year Barolo. Fairly closed nose opening from cellar temp. Nose opened to a smooth white flower cherry driven. Floral nose. Entry is particularly energetic with a strong flavour profile, tart and very tasty with a nice weight. Tannins come a bit early and drying. Strong finish with a bit of rosemary and spice and certainly wooden tannins. The late mouth and finish smoothed remarkably with decant time.
