Sunday, July 22, 2012 - Pulled cork 3 hours before drinking. Cork was in terrible shape: wet with molding on top. Drinking perfectly however. Evolving nose from leather to slate. Wine was a bit simple at first, but opened up after 2 hours and held well through the night, much to my surprise. Time to drink it obviously, and maybe a bit past its prime, but a very enjoyable wine.
