For our 2012 Premiere Napa Valley lot, PlumpJack Winery has married the strength of our estate's eastern I-Block with the grace of Beckstoffer To Kalon's western F1 block. Our oldest block at 22 years, I-Block exemplifies the raw power of Cabernet Sauvignon and comprises 50% of our offering. The remaining 50% of the wine is the famous F1 block., which is located on the western portion of To Kalon and delivers an elegance and finesse that softens and complements the structure of PlumpJack's I-Block. Aged in a Darnajou MT+ barrel, this five-case lot is truly the only of its kind. PlumpJack's complex union of grace and strength exemplifies exceptional Cabernet Sauvignon in a way that only Oakville can deliver.
