Sunday, October 2, 2016 - Medium dark ruby color with fading rim in the glass. Slightly reticent bouquet showing bell pepper, olive, cranberry and red cherry. The palate brings more dark red cherry, blueberry and earthy cassis. Medium acidity and smooth, medium tannins. Finishes a bit short, but pretty well balanced and showing some maturity. Drinking well now and should be fine for a few more years.
