Monday, January 4, 2016 - Decanted for a few hours. Deep purple colour with no sign of ageing. A lots of sediment. On the nose, mostly herbal aromas of green bell pepper and asparagus, then cherry, red fruits, tobacco, and liquorice very Cabernet bouquet. Nice mouthfeel, lovely balance and clarity, juicy, cedar, blackberry, velvety tannins, medium acidity, full body, medium+ aftertaste. Very good wine with nice future ahead. This will improve. Drink 2017 - 2020
