Thursday, March 12, 2020 - Delightful experience. It's drinking quite well at this point, but can clearly be saved to. The mousse is very fine, the acidity medium+, but perfectly integrated. It delivers green apple, strawberry and an underlying minerality. The overall balance is very good and the aftertaste quite long.
