Community Tasting Note

99 Points

Thursday, May 20, 2004 - Medium yellow in the glass. Scents of wax and abricot with underlying notes of rubber. Marvellous, voluptuous, juicy, chewy, and chunky in texture and body with delicious freshness. The wine was incredibly lively and showed no signs of heaviness. Head spinningly complex - almost surreal - with layers and layers of facets, packed in a hugely structured of clearly defined completeness that merrits a perfect score. The aftertaste went on and on, and again I feel like I am being conservative in my scores.
