Friday, February 15, 2008 - Tasted February 15,2008 at Lake Louise Post Hotel Yquem tasting. With 14.1% alcohol, 111 grams of sugar and 3.8 acidity. This wine was one of my wines of the night with a wonderful bouquet and a fantastic balance. I prefered this over the 1976.
