Friday, June 8, 2018 - Wow.... dark golden, amber color. Superb complexity, aromatic, full of tension.... sensational. Notes of quince, citrus, honey, safran, spices, clementines, caramel, minerality. It‘s medium-full bodied, full of tension, with high acidity and medium+ sweetness that is perfectly tied in. Excellent length with such an amazingly pure and tense finish... WOTN.
