Thursday, June 14, 2018 - With cheese after a barbaresco vertical tasting; WOTN for its complexity combined with sheer hedonism. Great balance between sweet and fresh, impossible to say how long it will last, multi-layered both in nose and on palate and ever evolving in the glass....best Yquem I had so far
