Saturday, February 29, 1992 - Tasted at the 1975 Bordeaux Dinner with the wine group from Herb's cellar, nose of huge and intense Y'quem, honey, honeysuckle, flowering jasmine, and caramel, on the palate, rich, big, intense, mouth filling, biggest Y'quem vintage that I have ever tasted, elegant, and decadent tonight, long, long, long finish that says enjoy over the next 50 years.
