Sunday, June 13, 2021 - SLDS Single Bottle Dinner: Caramel, honey, quince, apricot and toast. Palate is complex, with the sweetness still shining brightly through. Wonderful balance and composure. This bottle was right up there with the best bottles of 75 d'Yquem that I've been lucky to try. Really amazing stuff.
