Sunday, December 10, 2023 - Oh man, if you like barnyard funk, then this wine is for you. Funky and gamey on the nose with red cherry and strawberry fruit. However, this has now really given way at this point to the tertiary notes of leather,, tobacco, forest floor, mushrooms and herbs. Still has some nice acidity and good long finish. I would drink now and over the next couple of years as it's probably at its peak.
