Monday, November 23, 2009 - Color: Light purple center, with the rim just beginning to go to garnet. Nose: Slightly hot, bright red fruits, a little damp earth, some funk. Palate: prominent grip, a little cooked strawberry/raspberry, clay, nice long finish. Needs an hour or so in the decanter.
