Really a good mixture of primary and more evolved tertiary aromas. Sweet attack, but not at all too sweet like the 2003. Extremely soft and mature tannins. I prefer the wine now as opposed to later when the tannins have melted away completely, since the tannins compensate for the fairly low acidity. The sweet tannins lead to a very long and mouth watering finish. Very hard to resist now. Lovely on its own, exceptional with food!
