Sunday, October 16, 2011 - A fantastic Pegau, from what has become my favorite CDP vintage since 2001. Complex, savory, and dynamic in the glass. Beautifully balanced and proportioned. Just textbook, classic stuff. This will age gracefully for many years to come.
