Saturday, February 17, 2007 - Pegau at Wild Ginger with Laurence Feraud (Wild Ginger Seattle): Laurence commented that this was her favorite (she compared it to the 01 Laurence). Great flavor and balance--interestingly, she added all her blanc to the 04 Reservee.
