Saturday, October 19, 2013 - Still quite primary with a fresh and lively red fruit and good acidity. It has the lightness of the vintage and the local garrique-barnyard character of Pegau, but it is still some years from reaching maturity, and certainly improves in the glass. Though approachable now, I will keep the remaining bottles and look at the wine again in a year or two, certainly no rush to drink this – it will improve.
