Friday, April 25, 2014 - Still quite primary at 10 years of age. Such a complex and funky style of palate with great freshness. Medium to full bodied with such an immediately lifted nose. Flavours of cured meats, dried herbs, black olives and a bit of spice, everything you want in a CdP. Love Pegau.
