Tuesday, July 26, 2022 - The 2004 Pegau has never disappointed. Completely resolved, but with plenty of life ahead. Some funk, but not the main note. Lots of raspberry, smoky garrigue and silkiness. Really great with hanger steak. Totally underrated on release.
