Friday, July 21, 2023 - Third Coravin taste revealing substantial developments of this wine over time. Amazing wine. Now dark colored, smell of Valpolicella, almost Amarone like. Acidity still prominent, tannins well integrated, smooth, great experience. Had it with Khachapouri, Georgian cheese pie. Will keep the remaining 50% dor the future. Brought this bottle home from Haro , after visiting the Cune winery.
