Monday, September 30, 2019 - Even ruby, quite primary. Licorice, cut violets, and tart cherry that sweetens over time. Tight, lean, and more black fruited to start with a lovely clay base. This slowly unfolds and expands. Obviously great fruit and crystalline clarity. Not the optimal moment, but it will be wonderful with another 8 to 10 years.
