Saturday, July 23, 2022 - As usual, a very serious and weighty wine - normally I don't like this amount of manipulation but it comes together very well for Tissot. Lots of reduction on opening which blew off, clear oak signature with nutty notes. The acidity and concentration kept the wine in balance and I really liked the savoury finish on this.
