Tuesday, February 13, 2024 - Since I think this one is in a nice window did I try it again...

On the nose: Mineral, caramelized white chocolate, toffee, citrus, brioche.
On the palate: Honey, caramelized citrus, brioche, pistage paste, mineral with a high acidity.
Long finish
