Saturday, March 18, 2023 - Dinner at Terroir (Utrecht, NL): [Restaurant purchese] No detailed notes. My first Fourrier; what an utterly delicious wine! Not necessarily the most complex wine there is (even after 11 years), but it makes it up (and even more) by being so extremely drinkable and enjoyable. Red fruit, floral, coca cola, earth. Lovely depth and persistence!
